We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kinross Cashmere purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the luxury knitwear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
